"I've had insurance with this firm since 1967 when I bought my first house in Marion. It was called Bob Bradley Insurance then and was housed in the Rodd Insurance Agency office. When Bob bought the old house on S. Market St. and rebranded the business as The Insurance House he selected as a motto for the firm "a business for caring." That has certainly been carried out in numerous instances for me and my family, all of whom have had insurance with them for many years. A few examples:
1. The morning after the 1982 tornado, he was on my roof with me assessing the damage and authorizing repairs to begin the next day;
2. When the derecho cut power for days in much of west Marion, Clay surveyed nearly a foot of water in the finished basement of my daughter's home and immediately called someone to begin to take corrective actions;
3. When my son's car was involved in an accident while he was in college, The Insurance House provided quick and efficient service;
​4. Recently I had hail damage on my leased vehicle and the response was immediate--just as it had been 40 years before when our home was entered and all of our jewelry was stolen. The Insurance House is truly "a business for caring" and I am pleased to say my relationship of more than half a century has been exemplary."
