You may have heard recently that there are going to be some changes regarding Medicare Supplement Plan F. After January 1, 2020, no NEW Plan F's may be sold to those turning 65. Those who CURRENTLY have a Plan F in place before January 1, 2020 can KEEP their Plan F coverage. It will be considered a grandfathered plan. This means that there will be no changes to your current coverage and that you may keep your coverage in place.
There are however some things to consider. When a plan is grandfathered, that means that no new policy holders will be added to the pool of people covered. This results in that group getting older, sicker and smaller over time, which in turn results in higher premiums.
If you would like to review other options such as Plan G or Plan N for cost savings and rate stability, please contact The Insurance House (618-997-1311) to setup an appointment with Karen Cripps. Karen is the Health, Life and Medicare Specialist for The Insurance House.

SPRING HAS SPRUNG!!!
Has your Medicare Supplement Sprung a Rate Increase on You?
Did you know that Medicare Supplement Plans offer the same benefits regardless on what company you have your coverage with?
This means that a Plan F with one company is IDENTICAL to a Plan F with another, and a Plan G with one company is the SAME as a Plan G with another.
So WHY PAY MORE for the same coverage?
I would like to offer you a no obligation rate quote. I utilize carefully vetted, A rated companies in order to get you the best rate with a top company.
If you would like to see if I can offer you the same coverage for less, please give me a call at 618-997-1311. I'd be happy to provide you with a no obligation quote.
